CITIC Automobile puts ailing assets up for sale
CITIC Automobile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Trust and Investment Corp (CITIC), China’s top financial conglomerate, has put its 51 per cent stake in ailing CITIC Haoyuan (Beijing) High-Tech up for sale for $1.26 million in China Beijing Equity Exchange.

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. (AP) — The Georgia Ports Authority says it had a record February for cargo containers moving through its Savannah terminal as well as a strong increase in automobile imports coming through the Brunswick port. Executive director Curtis Foltz told the Ports Authority Board on Monday the Savannah port handled 1.79 million containers last month. That’s 235,000 containers more …
