Many states are implementing a certification which will require car washes to meet certain criteria to become certified as a car wash that takes extra measures to conserve water. This will help customers choose a more water conservative friendly car wash. In order to receive this certification car washing facilities must meet certain requirements set forth by the state. These requirements differ based on what type of car wash system is in use by the facility.

We’re all guilty of it-you’re driving on the road and all of a sudden there’s a traffic jam at a normally uncluttered intersection. Grumbling, you glance ahead and see a car pulled over to the side. As you approach, you stare at the unlucky guy struggling under the hood of his car, not realizing that you’ve been pressing on the brake just so you could observe his misery. In fact, everyone else has been doing the same thing, and as soon as they’ve had their ego-boost of the day, they drive on and the traffic magically disappears.
