Bilfinger Berger Project Investments (BBPI) is pleased to announce that Charles Mott has joined to head their Australian business as Chief Executive Officer. Charles assumes the role following the move by existing CEO, Fritz Syvertsen to a senior role within the Bilfinger Berger Group. Charles will continue the strong focus of Fritz’s leadership on the social infrastructure sector, and to capitalize on BBPI’s strong positioning for upcoming projects in schools, justice and health across the Australian Eastern Seaboard. Charles will also participate in the Global Management Team responsible for managing the activities of BBPI across the regions in which it operates.

Charles joins BBPI from Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund) where as CFO he was responsible for the financial functions of the enterprise from its IPO in June 2007. TSI Fund is an owner and operator of essential infrastructure assets in the water, thermal power and renewable power sectors. Prior to TSI Fund Charles spent 12 years with various Australian operating subsidiaries of the Bilfinger Berger Group. We welcome Charles back to BBPI and drawing on his recent and past experience in ownership and development of infrastructure assets.
